Best Phono Stage
The more you use the Era Gold (with or without the Elevator EXP)
the better it gets - as these reviews testify
Andrew Harrison, Hi-Fi News, 11/04
"...addictive, valve like quality...confirmed once again as something
special...stunningly fast and open, with vinyl noises largely ignored..."
Michael Fremer, Stereophile, 01/04
"Given its price and its miraculous performance - and this agnostic
means miraculous - performance, I recommend the GSP Audio Era Gold
Mk.V as enthusiastically, if not more so, as I've recommended any
product I've reviewed and recommended in all the years I've been doing
this."

What more can we say?
What we must say is that like most of our products such spectacular
performance is not instantaneous. As Andrew Harrison of Hi-Fi News
reported "...if there was ever an enquiry held to study how
essential this process (running-in) can be, these boxes (Era Gold
and Elevator EXP) from GSP Audio could be called forth as the star
witness." We're pleased that Andrew (as well as Michael Fremer
of Stereophile in 01/04) pointed this out, as we've been saying
this right from the start to the disbelief of many. But the thing
is, we make it (Yes! Right here in the UK) and Graham Slee designed
it from scratch - so we know our products inside out.
Can your system handle it?
What further evidence can we give to show our products perform to
the highest of standards? To expose these high standards requires
a highly capable system. 9 independent reviews are testament to
our high standards. Standards achieved through good old fashioned
solid engineering practices. Our products are designed using mathematics,
broadcast audio electronics know-how, 30 years experience, accurate
specification testing and endless listening trials. If your system
can boast the same you too can experience the Era Gold miracle.
A new era in fashion only
The new look Era Gold V (introduced May 1st 2004) heralds a change
in direction of GSP Audio's cosmetic engineering, but not in its
world-beating electronics which will continue to capture the hearts
and minds of vinyl lovers everywhere.

left powered up. After disconnection from the power they will require
a further few days break-in period to return to full performance.
